WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return merchandise to us within 10 days. 
ARE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED?
Shipping Costs are NOT REFUNDED.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS ON SALE?
No, all sale items are FINAL SALE. However if the items are physically damaged it can be returned.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Apparel & bags can be returned. Jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
CAN AN ITEM I GOT CUSTOM MADE BE RETURNED?
Any custom items cannot be returned OR exchanged for another item. 
 WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF RETURNING AN ITEM?
  • Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • If approved your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. ​


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER & HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We typically ship out all orders within 2-3 business days unless it is a pre-order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Delivery date can take 2-7 business days within the U.S. including FPO/APO addresses. and 2-4 weeks internationally. 


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We do free shipping to all states in the U.S. including FPO/APO addresses. There is flat rate charge of $20 for international orders. 
ARE YOUR ITEMS TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes, our items typically run true to size. You can view our size chart & diagrams on our SIZE IT WELL page.
DO THE SKIRTS COME WITH THE TOPS IN THE PHOTOS?
The tops are not sold with the skirts. All tops are sold separately. 
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
We restrock items depending on the availability of the fabric. Please contact us at shopmocherie@gmail.com and we will inform you if an item is restocked, discontinued, or currently unavailable. If the item is restocked we will provide you with the estimated arrival time frame. 
DO WE OFFER ALTERATIONS ON ITEMS?
No we do not. 
DO WE OFFER WHOLESALE?
No we do not. 
THE ITEM I RECEiVED SEEMS TO HAVE DARK MARKS OR STICKINESS ON THE FABRIC. WHAT IS THIS?
MoChérie apologizes if there are any markings on the fabric of your item.

Our fabrics come with seals on them from the manufacturer, which displays their authenticity. We work tediously to remove any markings on the fabric before shipping, however occasionally they cannot be completely removed without washing.

​These markings are not prermantent and will come out.
IF I WAS TO GET AN ITEM CUSTOM MADE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET IT?
Custom orders generally take longer to process. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped out to to you. 
HOW DO I WASH MY SKIRTS, TOPS, ETC?
You can cold wash your items on the delicate cycle or hand wash it with cold water. Tumble dry your items.

Dry cleaning is optional. 
CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE ON A RETURN ITEM?
Yes. Just fill out the exchange from on our Return Policy page and send it with your returned item via mail. 
Customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. MoChérie is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the process. As merchandise can take up to 7 working days to arrive, please ensure you allow adequate time for any returns.
