Items must be sent back to MoChérie within 10 days of the customer having received the package. In order to return purchased item(s) please email us at: email@example.com
Returned items must be unwashed & free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, please fill out our exchange/return form, which is included in your package. Make sure to send the form along with the return item(s). If your package did not include a exchange/return form please provide your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue a return. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
At MoChérie we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. If you send back the item(s) you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. However, for an exchange, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure.
When returned item(s) arrive to us, it usually takes us anywhere from 5-10 business days to process your return or exchange. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an email with the notification.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
