Shipping

MoChérie uses USPS Priority Shipping. The shipping for all orders in the U.S. (and APO/FPO addresses) is a flat rate of $5.99. Items ship out 1-3 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.

**Please note: Maryland residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimate and are not guaranteed due to possible weather conditions and holidays.

Tracking Information
For each item ordered, you will receive tracking information via email.

Lost/Stolen Packages
MoChérie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information provided states that your package was delivered to your address and did not receive it, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.

International Shipping
MoChérie ships internationally for a flat rate of $20. International orders take up to 2-5 days to ship out plus 2-4 weeks to be delivered. As stated above shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays caused by weather conditions, and holidays. 

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE SELECT THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION. ALL ORDERS WOULD BE DECLINED IF THE WRONG SHIPPING OPTION IS CHOSEN. 

**Please note: MoChérie is not responsible for any customs fees done by the receiving country. If your package has not arrived after 3 weeks of being shipped, please contact USPS or the receiving country’s postal service to inquire about your package. Your package may be held to do a pending retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will not be send back to MoChérie and connot be refunded or resent.
